Personalized Color Discrimination Training & Monitoring
ChromaVue is a personalized color discrimination training and monitoring platform designed for individuals with color vision difficulties and anyone who struggles to reliably distinguish colors in daily life.
Unlike color-filter glasses such as EnChroma or Pilestone, ChromaVue does not alter the light entering your eyes. Instead, it uses adaptive, data-driven training sessions that train your brain to correct for diminished color vision. This is all in an effort to help improve practical color discrimination over time.
Why this is needed
Modern interfaces, charts, alerts, and labels rely heavily on subtle color cues. For many users with CVD or mild color confusion, this creates daily friction, mistakes, and fatigue. ChromaVue focuses on functional, task-oriented training.
How it differs from glasses
EnChroma and Pilestone use optical filters that may enhance contrast for some users while worn. ChromaVue is software: it measures your unique profile, guides structured visual exercises, and tracks progress over time—no wearable required.
Early pilot results
Early internal and pilot studies suggest meaningful, lasting improvements in color discrimination for many participants. Larger, formal studies are in progress. ChromaVue is presented as training software, not a medical treatment or cure.
